Delivery Information

UK Mainland Standard Delivery - FREE
All goods are delivered FREE OF CHARGE within the UK mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands.

Non UK Mainland Standard Delivery
We do ship to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly & Isle of Wight. Charges are as follows: £20 per item (maximum parcel length 1.5 metres - i.e. rug width). For oversize items, please contact us by email to info@rugsdirect2u.co.uk and we will obtain a quote for the cost of carriage from our couriers for your consideration.

International Delivery
Any International shipping enquiries should be directed via email to info@rugsdirect2u.co.uk We will be happy to provide an estimate of shipping costs together with terms and conditions of sale on application.

Estimated Delivery Time
Typically UK mainland deliveries are made within 7-14 working days, subject to items ordered being in stock with ourselves or our suppliers at the time of purchase. If your order cannot be delivered within this period for any reason we will contact you by email to advise you and give you the option to cancel your order without any penalty. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation if the goods are not available for delivery within this timeframe.

We will keep you informed of progress for your order by email.

All our rugs are delivered via a professional courier service. Once your rug has been dispatched, an e-mail will be sent to you providing a unique reference number for tracking purposes.

Our standard free UK mainland deliveries usually take place Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Please note this is an estimate and is non contractual. We are unable to specify a delivery timeslot on standard deliveries.

Please email us at info@rugsdirect2u.co.uk if you have specific delivery requirements or any questions regarding delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the address you have nominated as the delivery address (e.g. home address, work address, friend’s address, etc). Once goods have been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

A signature is required by our couriers as proof of delivery.

NB.Packaging must be inspected at the point of delivery. If the packaging is damaged in any way, please do not accept delivery of the goods or sign for the goods. Advise the courier that, as the packaging is damaged, goods should be returned to Rugs Direct 2U. On receipt of returned goods from our courier, a replacement order will be dispatched.

As we are reliant on our couriers fulfilling the delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any error on their part. On the rare occasion that a delivery date is missed by our courier, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Three delivery attempts will be made and thereafter the goods will be returned to Rugs Direct 2U. A charge of £10 per item (UK Mainland) & £30 per item (Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly & Isle of Wight) will be levied for any goods returned to Rugs Direct 2U as a result of failed delivery after three attempts. On receipt of returned goods, we will contact you by email to advise you of the position and agree re-delivery details if appropriate.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
